The City of Palm Springs requires an additional written contract, which will be sent to you shortly after booking. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No outdoor music is allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00 pm and 10:00 am, and guests are asked to be mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property’s posted occupancy. Pets are welcome for an additional $125 per-stay pet fee. Pool Heat is an additional $100/night. Spa heat is included in the nightly rate. This home is equipped with a security camera by the front door and in the carport for your security and protection. No cameras are located in the backyard or inside the house. Service providers, such as pool cleaners and landscapers, are scheduled regularly while you're staying with us. They let themselves into the yard without notice.

✹ GENERAL: Guests can enjoy private access to the entire home, including the luxurious private yard and swimming pool. ✹ COMPLIMENTARY ESSENTIALS: We provide guests with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, as well as dishwasher pods, laundry pods, dish soap, paper towels, and toilet paper. ✹ PARKING: Free parking is available for three vehicles in the driveway or at the front of the house. Additional vehicles can make use of free street parking – there is plenty nearby! ✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is free wifi throughout the home, plus designated workspaces in the primary suite and the third bedroom. ✹ FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies, including a Pack ‘n Play/travel crib, children’s tableware, and toys/books to keep little ones entertained. ✹ PET FRIENDLY: Bring your furry friends along – please note that advanced notice is required and an additional cleaning fee of $150 per stay will apply.
